-
Life happens! It is okay to run a little late to class, but we suggest contacting the studio if you are encountering any serious constraint in your ability to attend class on time. Class credit reimbursement can not be guaranteed.

No! Heels are never required. Heels are an artistic extension of pole dance and should be used progressively, starting with a smaller toe box to build ankle strength. See class descriptions for heel specifics.
-
Pole dance embraces all shapes and sizes. Please do not hesitate to start your pole journey because of body weight. The equipment is professional grade and drilled into the ceiling on weight bearing studs. We welcome everyone and want all students to feel comfortable enough to explore movement in their bodies.

It can be scary to come to a fitness class that involves wearing less clothing. Coming to class dressed in layers can help beginners acclimate to the studio culture, and items of clothing can be removed as needed. If modesty is an integral part of your lifestyle there are pole brands that cater to you; contact us and we can send you information on sticky pole wear and more athletic brands. We are certain that after attending class and getting to know staff and other students, you will feel comfortable in your own skin.
